On the go meals - There are a variety of meals to choose from. These include curries, fish and noodles soups, shrimp noodle soup, etc. To prepare, one simply adds hot water. Like most pre-packaged foods, these too are high in sodium, carbohydrates, and fat. In summation, they are cheap, non-nutritional dense, and available all over Thailand.

Yogurt flavors include: strawberry, plain (sweetened with vanilla flavor), winter melon, mixed fruit, mixed berries, cherry yogurt, black current and mulberry (European). All of the fruited yogurts have fruit chucks in them. The cost ranges from 13-15 baht per container.
